Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) technique.

It's a form of alternative therapy in which manual pressure is used to stimulate specific points on the body along what are considered to be lines of energy.

• Prepare a Comfortable Surface: Lay the Relaks Mat on a flat and soft surface, such as a bed or a yoga mat.
• Adjust the clothing: Start out with a significant layer between yourself and the mat, such as a heavy t-shirt.
• Adjust to the mat : Try using the mat on your feet or sitting on your bum first to get used to the effects.
• Lie Down: Carefully lie down on the Relaks Mat, ensuring your back, shoulders, and neck are in contact with the acupressure points.
• Relax and Breathe: Allow your body to sink into the mat while taking slow, deep breaths. You may initially feel a sensation of discomfort or prickling, but this will gradually subside into a soothing feeling.
